高职院校护生学习学业情绪及影响因素研究

摘要:

目的 探讨高职院校护生学业情绪现状及其影响因素。方法 采用整群分层抽样方法选取246名某高职院校护理专业学生,采用一般资料问卷、学业情绪量表、专业认同度量表进行调查并分析相关影响因素。结果 高职护生学业情绪呈现多元化,消极学业情绪和专业认同度间存在显著相关性(P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别是护生积极低唤醒的影响因素(P<0.05),平时成绩、专业情感、专业意志、专业技能是护生消极高唤醒的影响因素(P<0.05),专业技能是护生消极低唤醒的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 高职护生消极学业情绪程度严重影响平时成绩、专业情感、专业意志、专业技能等。护理教学过程中,教育工作者应根据护生学业情绪及其影响因素制订干预对策,保证教学质量。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the situation and influencing factors of academic emotions among nursing students in colleges.Methods A total of 246 nursing students in colleges were collected by using cluster stratified sampling method. The general information questionnaire,an academic sentiment questionnaire and a professional identity questionnaire were provided in the investigation.Results The nursing students showed diversified academic emotions.There was a significant correlation between negative academic emotions and professional identity(P<0.001).Results of multiple linear regression analysis displayed that gender was a factor influencing positive low arousal(P<0.05),while academic performance,professional emotions,professional willpower,and professional skill were factors influencing the negative high arousal(P<0.05).Professional skill was the factor influencing the negative low arousal(P<0.05).Conclusion A high degree of negative academic emotions among nursing students in vocational college has a significant impact on academic performance,professional emotions,professional willpower and professional skill.In the process of nursing teaching,intervention strategies provided by educators should be formulated based on the academic emotions and its influencing factors of nursing students to ensure the quality of teaching.
