目的探讨口腔科诊疗器械消毒环节规范化管理方法和效果。方法依据三级甲等医院复评标准,查找诊疗器械消毒环节存在的问题,对消毒室人员进行培训和考核,规范器械回收环节,完善消毒室基础设施以及清洗灭菌工作流程。结果口腔诊疗器械清洗质量合格率提高(P<0.01);器械耗损和维护成本降低(P<0.01)。结论加强环节规范化管理可有效预防和控制医院感染,减少器械损坏。
Abstract：Objective To explore the method and effects of standardized link management on stomatology instruments disinfection in general hospital.Methods Measures were implemented including finding problems on instruments disinfection according to the review standard of top three level hospital,training and checking staff,standardizing instrument recycle link,completing infrastructure in sterilizing room and sterilization procedure. Results The pass rate of dental instruments cleaning quality increased( P < 0. 01),instrument damages and maintenance costs decreased( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Enhancing standardized link management can effectively prevent and control hospital infection and decrease instrument damages.
