目的探讨出院后延续护理在高血压病患者治疗过程中的作用。方法将120例高血压病患者分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者出院后对其实施延续护理,对照组不实施,1年后收集患者治疗依从情况及血压控制情况等方面的资料进行比较分析。结果观察组高血压病患者的治疗依从性及血压控制情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对高血压病患者出院后实施延续护理,能提高患者的治疗依从性及自我管理能力,提高血压的控制率,降低高血压病并发症发病率。
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of the extended care among hypertension patients after discharge.Methods Totally,120 cases were divided into the control group and the intervention group.The intervention group received the extended care after they were discharged,and the control group didn't.After one year,the data,including their treatment compliance,blood pressure,and other aspects,were collected and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance and blood pressure control of the intervention group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The extended care implemented among hypertension patients after discharge could improve their treatment compliance and the control rate of blood pressure,and reduce the incidence of complication.
