目的 探讨临床护士信息安全态度现状及潜在类别，并分析其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料问卷、信息安全态度量表、护理信息能力自评量表对无锡市某三级甲等医院312名护士进行调查，应用潜在类别分析法、无序多分类Logistic回归分析法研究护士信息安全态度潜在类别及其影响因素。结果 护士信息安全态度可分为3个潜在类别：信息安全态度消极组（22.44%）、信息安全态度中立组-高信息访问限制（33.33%）、信息安全态度积极组（44.23%）3个类别。护龄、信息安全培训、信息安全事件、职务、护理信息能力为护士信息安全态度潜在类别影响因素（P<0.05）。结论 临床护士信息安全态度可以分为3个潜在类别，提示护理管理者可根据潜在类别和影响因素为护士制订个性化、针对性的干预策略以提升护士正向信息安全态度。
Abstract：Objective To explore the current status and latent categories of clinical nurses' information security attitudes and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 312 nursing staff from a tertiary Grade A hospital in Wuxi were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,the Information Security Attitude Scale,and the Nursing Information Competence Assessment Scale.Latent class analysis and multinomial Logistic regression analysis were used to identify the latent classes and influencing factors of nurses' attitudes towards information security.Results Nurses' information security attitudes could be categorized into three latent classes:negative information security attitude group(22.436%),neutral information security attitude group-high information access restrictions(33.333%),and positive information security attitude group.The Influencing factors of the latent categories of information security attitude included nursing tenure,information security training,exposure to information security incidents,professional position,and nursing informatics competency(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurses' information security attitudes can be classified into three latent classes,suggesting that nursing management can develop personalized,targeted intervention strategies based on these latent classes and influencing factors to enhance positive information security attitudes among nursing staff.
