目的 构建手术室护理安全文化评估量表并检验其信效度,为动态监测手术室安全文化提供标准化工具。方法 基于James Reason事故致因理论,通过文献回顾、小组讨论、两轮Delphi专家函询构建手术室护理安全文化评估量表。采用便利抽样法对山西省5所三级甲等医院的360名手术室护士进行调查,通过项目分析筛选条目,并检验量表信效度。结果 最终形成量表包含领导承诺、团队协作、学习改进、心理安全、负荷管理、系统保障6个维度,共32个条目。量表总的Cronbach's α系数为0.923,重测信度为0.931;探索性因子分析累计方差贡献率78.15%,条目因子载荷0.629~0.865;验证性因子分析模型适配良好;内容效度指数为0.908。结论 构建的手术室护理安全文化评估量表具有良好的心理测量学特性,操作便捷且具有实践价值,可为手术室安全文化动态监测及资源优化提供循证依据。
Abstract:Objective To construct the assessment scale of nursing safety culture in operating room and test its reliability and validity,so as to provide a standardized tool for dynamically monitoring the safety culture in operating room.Methods Based on James Reason's accident-causing theory,the assessment scale of nursing safety culture in operating room was constructed through literature review,group discussion and two rounds of Delphi expert letters.A total of 360 operating room nurses in five tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanxi Province were investigated by convenient sampling method,and the items were screened by item analysis,and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results The final scale comprised 32 items across six dimensions: leadership commitment,team collaboration,learning and improvement,psychological safety,load management,and system support.Cronbach's α coefficient of total scale was 0.923,and test-retest reliability ICC was 0.931.Exploratory factor analysis cumulative variance contribution rate was 78.15%,with factor loadings ranging from 0.692 to 0.865.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit.The content validity S-CVI/Ave reached 0.908.Conclusion The operating room nursing safety culture assessment scale demonstrates good psychometric properties and is easy to administer.It has practical value for the dynamic monitoring of operating room safety culture and can provide evidence-based support for safety management and resource optimization.
