三级综合医院新护士转型冲击对护理信息能力的影响路径研究

目的 探讨三级综合医院新护士护理信息能力的现状,分析其影响因素及作用路径,为制订干预性策略提供理论依据。方法 采用一般资料调查表、新护士转型冲击评价量表、护士职业自豪感量表、护理信息能力自评量表对北京市6所三级综合医院的1 172名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果 三级综合医院新护士转型冲击得分为(90.99±21.77)分,职业自豪感得分为(99.12±16.42)分,护理信息能力得分为(110.15±15.51)分;转型冲击与职业自豪感、护理信息能力均呈负相关(r1=-0.439,r2=-0.491;P<0.05),职业自豪感与护理信息能力呈正相关(r=0.557,P<0.05);职业自豪感在三级综合医院新护士转型冲击与护理信息能力间发挥部分中介效应,占总效应的42.60%。结论 三级综合医院新护士转型冲击处于中等水平,职业自豪感和护理信息能力均处于中等偏上水平,转型冲击可通过职业自豪感的中介作用间接影响其护理信息能力。护理管理者应重视转型冲击对新护士护理信息能力的影响,可通过提升职业自豪感来提高其护理信息能力水平。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the current situation of nursing informatics competencies of new nurses in tertiary general hospitals,analyze its influencing factors and paths,and provide a theoretical basis for intervention strategies.Methods A total of 1 172 clinical nurses from 6 tertiary general hospitals in Beijing were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale(TSNGNS),Nursing Professional Pride Scale(NPPS),and the Self-Assessment of Nursing Informatics Competencies Scale(SANICS).Results For new nurses in tertiary general hospitals,the scores of TSNGNS,NPPS,and SANICS were(90.99±21.77),(99.12±16.42),and(110.15±15.51),respectively.The transformation shock was negatively correlated with the professional pride(r=-0.439,P<0.05) and nursing informatics competencies(r=-0.491,P<0.05),the professional pride was positively correlated with nursing informatics competencies(r=0.557,P<0.05).The professional pride played a partial mediating role between transition shock and nursing informatics competencies,accounting for 42.60% of the total effect.Conclusion The transition shock of new nurses is at a moderate level,while their professional pride and nursing informatics competence are at an above-moderate level.Transition shock can indirectly affect nursing informatics competence through the mediating role of professional pride.Nursing managers should pay attention to the impact of new nurses' transition shock on their nursing informatics competence,and improve the level of nursing informatics competencies by enhancing nurses' professional pride.
