目的 探究某县级医院护士安宁疗护态度的潜在类别及影响因素。方法 便利选取江苏省某县级医院496名临床护士，采用一般资料调查表、安宁疗护态度量表和死亡态度描绘量表进行调查。采用Mplus 8.3软件对县级医院护士安宁疗护态度类别进行潜在剖面分析，并探讨安宁疗护态度不同潜在剖面的影响因素。结果 县级医院护士安宁疗护态度可分为3个潜在类别：认可安宁疗护益处-态度积极组(23.39%)、权衡益处与障碍-态度中立组(48.39%)和感知安宁疗护障碍-态度消极组(28.22%)。是否接受过安宁疗护相关教育或培训、死亡恐惧、死亡逃避和自然接受是县级医院护士安宁疗护态度潜在剖面类别的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 县级医院护士安宁疗护态度存在异质性，建议护理管理者基于不同潜在剖面特点及影响因素，采取针对性干预措施，重点关注安宁疗护态度消极的群体，通过系统全面的培训修正其死亡态度，增强其对生命意义和死亡价值的认知，改善县级医院护士安宁疗护态度水平。
Abstract：Objective To explore the latent class and infiuencing factors of nurses' attitudes towards palliative care in a county-level hospital.Methods A total of 496 clinical nurses in a county-level hospital in Jiangsu Province were selected with the convenience sampling method.The survey was investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Hospice Attitude Scale of Medical Staff and Chinese version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised Questionnaire.The latent profile analysis of the attitudes of nurses in a county-level hospital towards hospice care was conducted using Mplus 8.3 software.And to explore the infiuencing factors of different latent profiles of hospice care attitudes.Results The attitudes towards palliative care could be classified into three potential categories,including the group that recognized the benefits of palliative care and had a positive attitude(23.39%),the group that weighed the benefits and drawbacks and had a neutral attitude(48.39%),and the group that perceived the obstacles of palliative care and had a negative attitude(28.22%).Whether having received education or training related to palliative care,death fear,death avoidance,and natural acceptance were the infiuencing factors of the potential profile categories of nurses' attitudes towards palliative care in county-level hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion There is heterogeneity in the attitudes of nurses in county-level hospitals towards hospice care.It is suggested that nursing managers should adopt targeted intervention measures based on different potential profiles and infiuencing factors.They should focus on the groups with negative attitudes towards hospice care,provide systematic and comprehensive training to correct their attitudes towards death,enhance their understanding of the meaning of life and the value of death,and improve the level of hospice care attitudes of nurses in county-level hospitals.
