目的 通过范围综述明确当前决策辅助工具在生命末期患者照护决策中应用的内容要素、行为改变技术及干预效果。方法 以范围综述方法框架为指导，检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库，检索时间为建库至2025年9月1日。两名研究者独立筛选文献和提取资料，采用描述性分析对文献进行汇总。结果 共纳入21篇文献，总结决策辅助工具涵盖的干预形式、干预时长、内容要素、行为改变技术以及干预效果等方面。结论 决策辅助工具利于提升医患沟通效率，优化医患决策路径，提升决策质量，并具有可行性、可接受性和临床适用性，未来需结合实际探索最佳干预时机并完善评价指标，制订最佳决策辅助工具及干预方案。
Abstract：Objective To determinate the content elements,behavior change techniques and intervention effect of current decision aids(DA) which used on patients' end-of-life care decision-making through the scoping review.Methods Guided by the PRISMA-ScR framework for scoping reviews,a search was conducted in The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP Database,covering publications from database establishment to September 1,2025.Two researchers screened the literature and extracted data independently,and a descriptive analysis was performed to summarize the findings.Results A total of 21 articles were included,summarized the intervention forms,duration,content elements,behavior change techniques and intervention effects covered by DA.Conclusion Decision aids are beneficial,it can improve the efficiency of doctor-patient communication,optimize the decision-making path,enhance the quality of decision-making,and have feasibility,acceptability,and clinical applicability.In the future,it is necessary to explore the best intervention timing and improve evaluation indicators that based on actual conditions and develop the best decision support tools and intervention plans.
