目的了解癌症患者的自我感受负担状况,分析患者的一般资料对自我感受负担的影响。方法运用自设一般资料问卷和自我感受负担量表对北京市某肿瘤专科医院153例癌症患者进行调查。结果癌症患者自我感受负担得分为(29.44±8.98)分,处于中等水平;不同职业状况患者的自我感受负担差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论癌症患者具有中等水平的自我感受负担,离职者尤为显著。
Abstract：Objective To explore the self-perceived burden among cancer patients and to identify the impact of socio-demographic characters on the self-perceived burden.Method The self-designed basic information questionnaire and the Self-Perceived Burden Scale were used to investigate 153 patients with cancer in an oncology hospital in Beijing.Results The mean score of the self-perceived burden scale was in the middle level(29.44±8.98).There was significant difference among patients with different occupations(P<0.01).Conclusion Cancer patients suffer from moderate self-perceived burden,particularly significant in patients off work.
