目的探讨"品管圈"活动在护士长夜查房中的应用效果。方法成立"品管圈"组织,确立"加强护士长夜查房管理"课题,对活动前护士长夜查房质量较低的情况进行原因分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施,再对护士长夜查房质量进行检查,并采取有效的巩固措施。结果调动了护士长夜查房工作的积极性,加强了护士长的夜查房力度,提高了护士夜间护理工作质量。结论"品管圈"活动在护士长夜查房中取得了较好的效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application and effect of quality control circle program in head nurses' nighttime ward inspection.Methods We set up a team of quality control circle,identified the project of "reinforcement of management for head nurses' nighttime ward inspection",analyzed the reasons of low-quality of nighttime ward inspection before the quality control circle program.Then,we established and implemented improvement measures,checked on the quality of nighttime ward inspection and took effective measures to consolidate the effect.Results This practice motivated head nurses' activity in nighttime ward inspection,enhanced the function of nighttime ward inspection and improved the quality of nursing at night.Conclusion Quality control circle program achieved favorable effect on the quality of nighttime ward inspection,which need to be spread out.
